TroubleshootingStart with these checks
TikManager is a desktop application. Many issues can be resolved by checking the local application state, authorization status, file access, and selected settings.
01The profile does not show as connected
Open Profiles, confirm that the intended profile displays the connected state, and complete OAuth authorization again only if the existing connection is no longer valid. Never send your password or tokens to support.
02Authorization did not complete
Confirm that the browser callback returned to the local TikManager authorization flow, the computer date and time are accurate, and security software is not blocking the local callback address.
03A media file cannot be selected
Confirm the file exists, is readable by your Windows account, and uses a supported extension. The current content preparation flow accepts MP4 video and JPG/JPEG images.
04A post cannot be scheduled
Select a connected profile and supported file, enter a valid date in DD.MM.YYYY format, enter time as HH:mm, and make sure the chosen minute is in the future.
05The publishing state reports an error
Review the application status and available error information. A third-party platform may reject a request because of authorization, content, settings, account eligibility, API availability, or policy requirements.
06You want to disconnect a profile
Use the profile controls in TikManager to remove locally stored account information. If needed, also revoke the authorization through the applicable TikTok account settings.
